Experience
As a clinical laboratory scientist (5 years) I saw first-hand the toll that the Standard American Diet and sedentary lifestyle can have on us and our animal friends. That is one of the reasons I went vegan on January 6th 2022 and never looked back.
Veteran Status
As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring discipline and a strong work ethic to every training session, inspiring clients to push exactly as hard as is necessary to reach their goals. I also strongly believe in using evidence/science-based training methods to ensure safety and efficacy.
Fitness Background
With my expertise in natural bodybuilding, I focus on hypertrophy training techniques to build muscle and improve overall fitness effectively. I also trained for over a year to run a marathon (Justice Run) and ultramarathon (Ramble in the Brambles), so endurance training is a realm I have experience with.
