All monthly membership payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it secures your access to our services for the respective billing cycle.

The custom made 4-week training program is non-refundable after the program is sent to the email given at signup.

To be eligible for a refund, clients must comply with the following conditions:

No Guarantees of Results
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Cain Trains LLC does not offer warranties or guarantees for weight loss or gain. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with results achieved during the program. Client results depend on individual adherence to training and dietary recommendations.
Termination and Account Cancellations
